There comes a time when bullies go too far. Their victims hope for days when others will accept them...or even just say a simple hello. Bullies want to hurt others, for their own pleasure. There comes a time bullies exert so much force - physically, mentally and emotionally - that the victims believe they have only one choice.

Such was the case on May 8th, 1997...

In five days, St. Joseph's County, Virginia, will blast into the national and international spotlight. Two students at United High will make their point in an excruciatingly painful way, for them...it's the only answer. The students will make people realize they shouldn't judge youth because they aren't popular, because of the friends they have, the clothes they wear, their physical appearance, the music they like, or the games they play.

Someday bullies must face payback.
